I would like to thank you for the wonderful job of putting in the other half of the basement tile and new sump pit. It looks great. Your office employees were very courteous and responsive with any questions I had. The manager/salesperson was very knowledgeable and polite. He fulfilled all the commitments and beyond with the installers and the work itself. The installers were very respectful of my property and my animals. They were actually asking me to come down and take a look. They had answered all my questions and went above and beyond, in my eyes, the call of duty.
I was really impressed that they kept to the schedule of the two days with the work still looking exceptional. I would also like to say that they did a wonderful job of cleaning, and you wouldn’t have even known that they were there.
So, in wrapping up, I was completely and utterly amazed for the way I, my property, and animals were treated. I have already highly recommended you to several people and will keep on doing so. I will also be a return customer if there is anything else I will need.
