Appointment Length

The appointment usually takes about 90 minutes, depending on project scope and the time needed to fully evaluate and answer questions.

Who Should Be Present

We ask that all decision-makers be present at the appointment, this allows us to review findings, pricing, and next steps together and avoid delays. We want to take everyone’s thoughts, questions, and concerns into consideration.

Access to the Problem Area

Please ensure we have clear access to the area(s) related to your concern, this may include exterior areas, basements, crawl spaces, garages, or interior rooms.

During the Appointment

Our sales professional will perform a thorough assessment. This assessment will often include taking photos, measurements and using other tools to diagnose the issue. They’ll explain what they’re seeing and why the issue may be occurring.

Pricing & Scheduling

In most cases, you will receive a quote during your appointment. To schedule your job, a deposit is required. Your sales professional will be able to collect that deposit if you are ready to go ahead.

Financing Options

We offer three financing options to help make repairs or replacement more manageable. There is $0 down required, no prepayment penalty and you may get pre-approved without impacting your credit. Your sales pro can assist you through this process.

What to Expect Team

12 months: No payments and no interest if paid in full.

  • Interest is billed during promo period but will be waived if the amount
    financed is paid in full before promo period expires.
