Our Process

We take care of the full window installation, start to finish:

Secure permits
Excavate the area
Cut the wall opening
Install and seal the window
Set the window well and ensure drainage
Install the ladder and lid

Window Styles & Warranty

All windows include a window well cover and a white-finish ladder.

Tilt-In: 30″ x 42″ window with tilt, turn, and micro-vent options, paired with a 42″ x 36″ x 60″ white-finish window well.
Casement: 32″ x 48″ crank-out window with a 55″ x 36″ x 60″ white-finish window well.
Slider: 48″ x 48″ sliding window, installed with a 55″ x 36″ x 60″ white-finish window well.
Optional Upgrade: Add a sump pump to your window well for extra protection against water intrusion.
Warranty: 20 years on the window, 5 years on the window well, ladder, and lid, all backed by manufacturer warranties honored through Tomlinson Cannon.
