We offer “one time” cleanings as well as a subscription service where you receive a discounted price. Our subscription plan is a convenient way to automatically schedule gutter cleanings in both the spring and the fall. The benefits include:
- 10% off all gutter cleaning services
- Enable automatic payment to a credit card on file (optional).
- Change or cancel anytime – no contract or service agreement required.
- Spring cleanings typically begin early April going through May and fall cleanings in late October going through December. This can be adjusted based on customer preference.
- Each year you will get a letter with your per visit price for the year.
What’s the process to get started?
Contact our office today to get the ball rolling on your first cleaning. Here is what to expect next:
- Our sales team will assess your home within 1-2 weeks and provide a firm quote for most jobs. They will also inspect your roof and gutter system and provide you information on gutter guards and/or any repairs we’d recommend. This additional work is optional.
- Once the work is approved we will perform the clean and flush as soon as possible. In spring (April-May) and fall (Late October-December) customers will be put on a list and be done within those time frames. These are peak periods. Outside of those peak periods the work is typically done within two weeks assuming long stretches of above freezing temperatures.
- You will receive a text or call the day of. If you are not there we will leave a sticky note on your door when the job is complete. Due to the volume of clean and flush requests and variable nature of the work, we do not schedule gutter cleanings or give advanced notice beyond the day of, unless required by tenant laws. The work is on the outside of your house so there is no need to be present – just make sure your outside water access is accessible and turned on!
- You will receive the invoice within a week of the job being performed (or autocharged if subscribed).
