Our story begins in 1948 when Claude Tomlinson founded a gutter business in the Iowa
City area with his father. |
| 1985 |
Tom Cannon and his wife, Sue, purchased the company
from Claude. |
| 1987 |
Expanded our gutter operations to include a Cedar Rapids branch. |
| 1989 |
Began a basement waterproofing division. |
| 1990 |
Added basement wall anchoring to our waterproofing division. |
| 1992 |
Waterproofing and wall anchoring division located in Rochester, Minnesota (d.b.a.
American Waterworks). |
| 1992 |
Purchased Aerosaw adding concrete sawing and core drilling to our company. Aerosaw was previously established in 1988. |
| 1993 |
Established the mud jacking division (pressure lifting of sunken concrete). |
| 1994 |
Purchased Cole Waterproofing (established in 1967) which provides waterproofing
and wall anchoring services to the Quad Cities. |
| 1996 |
Added gutter services to Cole Waterproofing. |
| 1997 |
Sold American Waterworks (Minnesota). |
| 2002 |
Expanded Cedar Rapids gutter division to include Waterloo. |
| 2008 |
Home and Commercial Services introduced. |

Today we are a successful company with over 30 employees, serving contractors,
residential, commercial, industrial, and government customers across the state of Iowa and
into Illinois. |
