Mudjacking
Driveways, sidewalks, patios, etc., often are poured on soil that has not finished settling. After a few years, the earth sinks and so does the concrete. The conventional method involves removing the concrete, adding more fill, and replacing the concrete. This can be very expensive.

Our experts drill holes in the sunken sections of concrete at strategic locations. We then pump a "mud" mixture of portland and ag lime into the holes which spreads out and lifts the concrete to the original level.
After the concrete is raised, we repair the holes with a concrete mixture and we're through. It's simple and fast!

- To begin the concrete raising, a small hole is drilled in the sunken concrete slab.
- A mixture of “grout” (pond sand and concrete) is injected in this hole or holes.
- This grout fills the void beneath the slab that was causing the sinking which then lifts the slab up to its original ideal position.
- Depending on the scope of the project, Mudjacking takes a few hours to complete. Your concrete slab should be ready for regular use within 24 hours of finished work.
